Returns

If we send you the wrong order; first, contact us via email quoting your order number (you'll find this on the order confirmation email you received) and stating the problem (you may be asked to provide photographic evidence), then you'll need to send us back the magazines and/or UNWORN* garment within 14 days of the date we sent it to you. Once we've received & checked your item(s), we'll send your replacement(s). In cases like this, we'll refund your return shipping costs up to the same amount as on the original order.

If you don't like the fit of the garment you ordered, you can return it for a free replacement ONE size up or down (must be same garment/design/colour). You'll need to contact us first via email quoting your order number (you'll find this on the order confirmation email you received) and stating the issue (you may be asked to provide photographic evidence), then you send us back the UNWORN* garment within 14 days of the date we sent it to you. Once we've received it, we'll send your replacement. In cases like this, you will need to cover the return shipping cost yourself. You can only do this once per order.

*Please note that our definition of 'unworn' means in pristine condition in our judgement and at our sole discretion. Our decision is final in all cases.

*IMPORTANT* We do NOT guarantee delivery by a certain date. We will not accept returns for orders or issue refunds on the basis of delivery date.
